Bunzl North America is seeking to hire a **_full-time intern_** for an **EHS Data Export Project.**

**The duration of the project is expected to be 6-8 weeks.** We are transitioning to a new system for EHS compliance. This position is a hybrid / in-office position at the corporate office in Creve Coeur, MO.

The EHS data export specialist is responsible for extracting, preparing, and submitting EHS data for various purposes, including regulatory reporting, internal analysis, and compliance audits. They work with EHS systems and data to ensure accurate and timely reporting while upholding regulatory compliance.

The EHS data export specialist will be exporting data from our old system and saving files for future access.

Responsibilities:

+ High volume electronic file download, maintenance, and document retention via standardized practices, focusing on organization and accuracy

+ Data manipulation and cleaning; line balancing and value scanning

+ Ensures integrity of data

+ Must be able to identify and verify a variety of data and compliance elements from various source documents

+ Develops and implements data extract, transform and load procedures that optimize data collection and quality.

Requirements:

+ Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion related to sensitive employee information.

+ Must have strong attention to detail.

Required skills:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Experience with data entry and data exporting

+ Microsoft Word – Expert

+ Microsoft Excel – Intermediate

Required training:

The person would be required to complete HIPPA training and would need to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This role will be paid weekly.
