    OVERVIEW

    This role is responsible for developing and implementing service marketing plans and collaterals in support of business and revenue objectives. Projects and materials created in this role will articulate Canon Medical's ability to provide service products, programs, and solutions that address our customers' needs over the life of their Canon Medical equipment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit to create marketing collaterals that position the benefits of Canon Medical Service offerings and establishes Canon Medical as the best choice for the service needs of Canon Medical equipment.

    + Develop and maintain relationships with Canon Medical Service customers to validate messaging and positioning of service products in marketing collaterals as well as create proof points of the customers' success with our service products, programs, and solutions.

    + Validate marketing collaterals with field sales as part of collateral creation process and advise them on how to use collaterals to position service with every equipment opportunity.

    + Stay current with competitive service offerings and how their products, programs and solutions are sold.

    + Deliver an annual strategic plan that outlines tactical deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements to meet objectives for specified care path or departmental need.

    + Continuously evaluate, through interactions both internally and externally, the effectiveness of service marketing materials and adjust marketing plans when needed to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

    + Evaluate and update materials regularly to incorporate feedback from the field and Enterprise Solutions Business Unit.

    + Support sales training, as needed, to educate the field on how to use Canon Medical Service marketing collaterals successfully.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Demonstrated ability to implement strategic plans that have led to improved business operations, profitability, and efficiency

    + Experience in executing marketing campaigns and budgets

    + Ability to independently drive timelines and manage projects to ensure goals and deadlines are met

    + Able to conduct self-driven market research and apply learning to work assignments

    + Healthcare service industry experience preferred

    + 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Science, Imaging, marketing, or business administration.

    + At least 5 years in a direct contributor marketing role.

    + 5 years Preferred experience as a direct contributor in healthcare marketing role.

    + Min. $110,700 base to max $178,200 plus performance incentive with upside potential.
