The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Account Management Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of enterprise IT services. This position focuses on managing computer support accounts through external mission partners, providing technical assistance, and enhancing operational efficiency through strategic IT solutions across multiple enterprises and classification levels. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Account Management Specialist, Senior:
+ Provides enterprise service support for Software as a Service (SaaS) on-premise and off-premise cloud deployments
+ Performs external cloud hosted service user accounts management activities, including adding new users, changing user settings, deleting stale accounts, user licensing, and other accounts management activities as required
+ Performs user account audits for management activities once per calendar year or as required or directed for all external/cloud service user accounts
+ Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
+ Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
+ Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
+ Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Minimum of 3 years in IT support, with a focus on account management and enterprise operations
+ Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
AND
+ Additional Cert: N/A
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Proficiency in IT service management tools and methodologies
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$44,700 - $91,700
