As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers, partners and sales teams providing technical engagements across a wide area of competencies to help drive new business. You will use your practical understanding of the product and the needs of clients, working with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the overall product experience. With existing customers, you will help to maintain a long-lasting partnership to drive growth, greater adoption and better engagement across the Reality Labs & Meta product landscape. You will also drive various initiatives to scale Reality Lab solutions and make them easier to adopt. The ideal candidate will combine technical, product and business skills to make our customers and partners successful and improve Reality Labs products.

Required Skills:

Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

1. Capacity to understand Reality Labs products, AR/VR Value Proposition, Enterprise architecture and integration components - become a Technical Subject Matter Expert

2. Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Reality Labs solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements

3. Guide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments

4. Build long-lasting technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of Reality Labs and Meta products

5. Enable Channel partners on Reality Labs solutions

6. Troubleshoot technical issues “hands on”

7. Create documentation and develop best practices to help both Meta and customers

8. Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of Reality Labs products by providing customer feedback

9. Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

10. 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Customer Engineer or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer

11. Experience influencing CxO stakeholders

12. Experience communicating to technical and business audiences

13. Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas such as device and mobile management (MDM)

14. Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including Cert-based Wifi concepts, user management, authentication, MDM, SSO and SCIM solutions

15. Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs)

Public Compensation:

$152,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
