The Senior Engagement Coordinator is essential to building an exceptional team member experience at Baystate Health. Reporting to the Vice President for Team Member Engagement & Communications, the Senior Engagement Coordinator partners with Human Resources leadership, HR consultants, communications specialists and others to evolve the effectiveness and delivery of engagement-building activities. Serves as key lead for Baystate Health engagement activities including development, tracking and evaluation of quarterly Engagement Plans in support of strategic goals; timely administration of engagement survey and sharing of results; and maximizing survey contract and use of available tools.
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong recognition culture within Baystate Health, the Coordinator is responsible for administering, tracking and ensuring ROI for Baystate Health's electronic recognition platform and other recognition activities. In collaboration with key partners, designs associated education and communications plans to ensure ideal use of system.
The Senior Engagement Coordinator gathers team member insights through focus groups, engagement teams, electronically and other means to inform decision making; provides engagement-related consultation and group education and presentations. As a steward of the department, the Coordinator aligns, plans and coordinates Baystate Health's recognition and traditions events in collaboration with key partners.
Job Responsibilities:
**1)** Develop, track and evaluate quarterly engagement strategies in support of strategic engagement and related objectives. Develop dashboard that tracks and displays engagement work connected metrics related to engagement, recruitment, turnover, patient experience, etc. Present data to management and senior leadership at various forums.
**2)** Partner with HR Leadership to ensure timely administration of engagement survey and sharing of results with system-wide managers and their teams. Ensure key points of survey data are shared organization-wide. Annually review and maximize engagement survey contract and coordinate use of available tools and resources, such as management presentations, library of resources, etc.
**3)** Help to build and maintain a strong recognition culture within Baystate Health, partnering with senior leaders and management. Serve as lead administrator for electronic recognition system and track usage ensuring ROI. In collaboration with key partners and vendor support
**4)** Aligns, plans and coordinate Baystate Health's recognition and traditions events in collaboration with key partners. Aligns messaging of key events coordinated outside the department to help connect to team member experience, such as President's Quality and Safety Awards, etc. Oversee use of team member recognition stock items and uses them strategically to build team member engagement.
**5)** Gather team member insights through listening sessions, focus groups, engagement teams, electronically and other means to inform decision making. Develop surveys and focus groups questions, administers surveys and organizes and holds focus groups, analyzes data and make recommendations.
**6)** Serve as a team member experience consultant and provides engagement-related consultation, group education and presentations. Ability to interact with senior-level and all levels of management.

**1)** At least 2 years relevant human resources experience at a large, complex organization
