Job Description
The Shift manager is an exempt employee that provides work direction and coordinates the activities of staff involved in operations activities. The manager can perform the most complex assignments and gets involved in solving the most complex problems seeking guidance and advice from the operations manager only in the most complex matters. The shift manager has a large degree of independence in making decisions and is able to conduct duties and responsibilities of the SCC operator position while overseeing daily operations and managing special assignments, such as staffing, knowledge management, training and/or quality assurance.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Typically, 2+ years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area
+ Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
+ Well-developed analytical skills
+ Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Good at developing effective working relationships.
+ Flexible and Views change or problems as opportunities to grow and to develop new and better ways to do things; adjusts to change in routine; copes with demands put on them due to the changing demands from management.
+ Takes initiative. Assumes responsibility for necessary actions and problem resolution when accountability is not clear.
Schedule is:
+ On site, Monday- Friday 3:30 PM CT - 12:00 AM CT
+ Additionally on Wednesday and Thursday we have an 11:00 AM CT huddle for approximately one hour with all leadership.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 - $92,400.00
