    Peak Vista Community Health Centers seeks an experienced advance practice provider to provide services to families in our Divide Clinic. This center provides full spectrum family practice care to people who live and work in this mountainous community. This site is innovative, collaborative and cohesive. The position offers great quality of work/life balance with three 10-hour days, no in-patient duties and occasional telephone call backup to the after-hours triage service.

     

    Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in family medicine practicing in a primary care setting; able to utilize a template based EMR (NextGen); has an unrestricted Colorado license, as well as an active DEA, and is comfortable seeing all ages, and averages 20 patients per day. Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the community.

We provide primary care services (medical, dental and behavioral healthcare) through 21 outpatient health centers in El Paso, Teller, Lincoln, Adams, and Kit Carson counties.     Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).

     

    Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

     

    Compensation (Pay): $117,374 to $144,355/yearly, based on experience.

     

    *Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.
