    Position Overview:

    Entrust is looking for an ambitious and sales driven individual to join its Issuance Sales Development team. The role is responsible for the generation of high-quality sales opportunities through the qualification and management of incoming leads and proactive outreach to target prospects.

     

    This role will focus on development of sales pipeline opportunities for North America. Pipeline will be created through the qualification and management of incoming marketing leads and proactive outreach to customers and target prospects, working closely with the external sales, marketing and channel teams for the region.

     

    Prospecting will be carried out via email, social media and telephone utilizing the lead generation tools including Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    Responsibilities:

    + Proactively identify and qualify potential clients via cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) and inbound inquiries.

    + Contact, qualify, and manage marketing leads from demand generation activities.

    + Understand prospect needs, articulate Entrust’s value proposition, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives using BANT criteria.

    + Work with Sales and Marketing for seamless lead handoff, provide feedback, and stay updated on industry trends.

    + Work closely with Channel partners to generate leads and develop opportunities.

    + Accurately log all activity in CRM, maintain pipeline, and report on lead generation.

    + Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications** **:

    + 3+ years sales/business development experience

    + Consistent track record of attaining and exceeding personal / team goals and quota

    + Skilled in strategic prospecting and lead qualification

    + Ability to build client relationships over the phone / email / LinkedIn

    + Proficiency in CRM software

    + Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills

    + Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, email, phone skills)

    + Strong email and web search abilities

    + Driven, positive, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Preferred Qualifications** **:

    + Experience working with SaaS solutions

    + Experience working directly with banks and credit unions

    + Proficiency using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.

    Compensation Range:

    The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $23.42-$34.35 per hour (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan.
