• Regional Services /Physician Relations Director

    Medical Center Hospital (Odessa, TX)


    + Position Summary:

     

    Builds and maintains relationships with regional hospitals, local and regional physicians. Represents Medical Center Hospital in Ector County and the region to support growth and business development activities.

     

    + Qualifications:

    A. Education:

     

    Holds a current Texas or Compact State Nursing License.

     

    B. Training and Experience:

     

    Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal relations skills. Must demonstrate organizational skills and ability to function with minimal supervision. Experience in healthcare preferred.

     

    C. Job Knowledge:

     

    Must have excellent interpersonal relations. Knowledge of healthcare environment is helpful.

     

    + Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    A. Ability to perform:

    + + Sustained standing, walking and travel.

    + Work under stress.

    + Must be able to travel frequently to regional communities, with occasional evening meetings.
