    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team that includes a range of designers, tech developers, materials and specialists. You will work hand-in-hand with our innovation team, you’ll help push the boundaries of design. You’ll also engage regularly with fit specialists and business partners to bring each concept to life with precision and design excellence.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We’re looking for an expert level designer who shares our passion for innovation, fit, function and style—someone who truly understands what it means to design for women on the move. Our team is performance-driven, purpose-led, redefining women’s running gear. We believe apparel should move with you and inspire confidence. You’ll lead the design of women’s run-specific apparel from concept to commercialization.

     

    + 8 plus years of relevant experience in graphic or product design, preferably with experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer products.

    + Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

    + 3D Clo Experience, women’s experience or technical apparel experience in liu of women’s background.

    + High end aesthetics to design and function.

    + Advanced knowledge in material.

    + Conceptual design and ways to present it in a compelling portfolio.

    + Work collaboratively with all team members to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

    + Advanced knowledge of the consumer, business, and performance requirements develops insights which feed into the design of advanced product concepts using new technologies or construction processes.

    + Demonstrate adaptability in assisting other designers in knowledge to enhance overall team values and environment.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    Focused on ideation & future vision for the women’s running athlete* and consumer. As a cut & sew expert generating new ways of thinking through performance products that result in competitive advantages growth opportunities. Develops ideas that are consistent with the women’s design ethos and vision by collaborating creative cross functional partners.

     

    Delivers proof of concept by turning new product visions into reality. Identifies advanced skills in product construction materials and processes. Individuals meet complex challenges with imaginative state-of-the-art approaches supported by feasible solutions. Clearly and concisely communicates the knowledge required and best practices, storytelling, and narrative building for women’s running product.
