What You'll Be Doing
+ Operate batch equipment efficiently to produce high-quality concrete mixes.
+ Monitor raw materials inventory and ensure proper handling.
+ Maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
+ Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality standards in daily operations.
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize production and workflow.
What Are We Looking For
+ Strong understanding of concrete production processes and equipment operation.
+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues effectively.
+ Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support smooth operations.
+ Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
