    We are currently searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing for our beautiful Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa, boasting 493 guest rooms and over 40,000 square feet of meeting space!

     

    The ideal candidate for this hands-on position will lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team ensuring a high level of professionalism, guest service and profitability. The DOSM will be responsible for the overall attainment of resort revenue – overseeing Group Sales, Leisure Transient Sales, Catering Sales and Convention Services. Insure group rates and pricing are properly managed as it relates to group sales and catering (rooms, F&B, amenities, etc). Primarily responsible for all marketing efforts of the resort to include e-commerce, direct mail, advertising, etc. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be the key driver in resort relations with local Destination Management Council, CVBs, and Golf Course ownership/operators.

     

    A minimum of 5 years Resort Sales and Marketing experience.

     

    Hotel Sales Director experience

     

    Marriott brand experience highly desired.

     

    MS Office and CI/TY experience preferred.

     

    4 year college degree required preferably in Hospitality/Tourism.

     

    Hotel/Resort experience required.
