JOB SUMMARY
The Brand Manager, St. Regis plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating one of the world’s most iconic luxury hotel brands. Rooted in a deep understanding of global cultural trends, luxury lifestyle, and refined guest experiences, this strategic and creative leader drives brand excellence through thoughtful innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering unforgettable moments.
As a key member of the St. Regis Global Brand Team, this individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining brand and guest experience initiatives that enhance differentiation, build brand prestige, and strengthen guest satisfaction. The role will also support global brand programs and initiatives that inspire culture, service standards, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings a globally minded perspective, a sharp eye for detail, and a refined understanding of the evolving luxury landscape. With a proactive, collaborative mindset, they will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to roll out impactful programs quickly and effectively—while challenging conventional thinking and championing agile, elevated execution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
+ 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related major required
+ 3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand, consulting strategic agency, operations, or versatile startup environment required
+ On-property hospitality experience in the areas of Marketing or Guest Experience strongly preferred
+ Record of balancing analytical and creative thinking, with experience systematizing a creative process
+ Demonstrated project leadership and management skills, including ability to lead multi-functional project teams
+ Previous successful work experience in multi-discipline environment
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Development of Culture & Service Initiatives
+ Lead all culture initiatives, such as St. Regis Butler Service, daily meetings (House briefings) structure, quarterly GM webinars, GM and leadership immersions, etc.
+ Follow a guest-centric approach to build unique, meaningful brand experiences through all host (employee) touchpoints.
+ Craft the onboarding and training of new property employees.
+ Own communication to property champions, including bi-annual calls incl. dedicated strategies for sustaining our iconic St. Regis Butler program.
+ Lead the hotel opening process from training and culture standpoint, building community during the two week countdown program leading up to each opening.
+ Lead development and sustainment of new St. Regis programs that deliver the brand promise and create tangible and measurable experiences that support guest satisfaction and the brand promise.
+ Engage network of St. Regis Teams and Host Talent from around the world to gain conceptual and operational feedback at multiple stages of initiative development to promote hotel buy-in and adoption.
+ Create effective new brand/ops processes and communications to tighten the turnaround of project development, especially with broader programs that require shared resources such as legal, sourcing, etc.
Strategic Brand initiatives
+ Liaise and support all MI workstreams around Talent Initiatives, such as GM profile
+ Support development and articulation of key brand strategy content, including evolution of core positioning, brand experience and brand passion frameworks.
+ Assist in development and/or customization of core brand presentations for brand strategies, program guides, key meetings/events, etc.
+ Liaise with Consumer Insights team to research new projects and inform and/or support development of new initiatives.
+ Distill new brand strategies and direction into actionable, audience-focused messaging and content.
+ Deliver Brand Immersions on a standing and ongoing basis
Drive Prestige for St. Regis
+ Support new St. Regis openings and ensure openings team has most up-to-date tools, resources and training. Represent the brand and act as brand champion at property level, infusing our Live Exquisite brand positioning in all touchpoints of the hotel experience.
+ Leverage the role’s unique vantage point—at the intersection of brand, above property operations and property teams—to be a constant health monitor on the health and success of our St. Regis Service Culture.
+ Provide feedback to the broader Operations organization on key issues, challenges, learnings and successes that bubble to the surface across multiple hotels and geographies, in order to apply real-time solutions and/or improve future rollouts.
+ Reward high-performing hotels and talent with global recognition i.e. awards during General Manager Summits.
Hotel Experience Delivery
+ Work as a culture inspiration for all on-property employees, ensuring that the brand promise is coming to life for guests and hosts (employees) day in and day out.
+ Collaborate with BSA, auditors, hotel teams and GO to implement and sustain St. Regis Culture and service foundations to ensure brand success in KPI related to guest satisfaction.
+ Support communications for each rollout to above property and property teams, such as written/email, decks/toolkits, conference calls, webinars and experimental/social channels.
+ Develop and drive brand initiatives and identify partnerships in articulating and operationalizing our unique luxury brand offering for our properties.
Accelerate Awareness
+ Support the Marketing and PR initiatives for St. Regis, including experiential opportunities such as Speed & Sport.
+ Support North American St. Regis Hotels in developing and implementing the continent Marketing strategies .
+ Lead ad hoc marketing projects as assigned by Vice President and Brand Director.

The salary range for this position is $102,800 to $130,300 annually. Marriott offers a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, employee stock purchase plan at 15% discount, accrued paid time off (including sick leave where applicable), life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account (except for positions based out of or performed in Hawaii), flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, other life and work wellness benefits, and may include other incentives such as stock awards and deferred compensation plans.
