Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department. Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1. This role is Monday-Friday 10a-6:30pm with overtime possible on Saturdays.

JOB DUTIES:

+ Transporting material in the shipping department

+ Picking and packing orders utilizing an RF scanner

+ Operating stand-up reach forklift

+ Ensure zero product delinquency

+ Focus on continuous improvement

+ Execute standard procedures

+ Scheduling workflow

+ Directing associates into a variety of job duties

+ Overseeing department functions under the supervisor

+ Training/coaching employees in the department

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving

+ 2+ years of experience operating a forklift

+ 2+ years of experience using a RF scanner

+ 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

+ Basic computer skills
