What you will do

Candidate will integrate with the Internal Sales staff and assist with all functions related (quoting, order processing, invoicing, shipping, export/import documentation, and filing).

Essential Functions:

+ Computer literate and have knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Word, and Excel.

+ Good math skills.

+ Organizational skills and able to set priorities.

+ Excellent phone and communication skills.

+ Able to handle weekend/evening phone coverage on a rotating basis.

+ Regular in attendance and willing to work hours as required.

+ Other duties to be assigned, as required.

Non-Essential Functions :

+ Familiar with databases.

+ Able to read technical drawings

+ Familiar with export regulations and procedures, is a plus.

+ Able to speak a foreign language, is a plus.

Essential Physical Requirements:

+ The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

+ Able to see and read printed word.

+ Able to speak and hear on the telephone.

+ Able to sit for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.

+ Have neat business-like appearance.

+ Have valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.

+ Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

+ Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What you will bring

+ BSME or BSEE or equivalent degree preferred.

+ One (1) year of professional level experience in a business office.
