The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Field Development Operations Coordinator to support the department with training programs (both virtual and in-person) and administrative functions. The role is responsible for ensuring that all the logistical details related to training delivery are managed and resources are optimized.

As a Field Development Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
+ Organize and oversee all aspects of training logistics and delivery, including participant tracking (LMS) and survey management, registration process (including site build and management), facility scheduling, learning materials procurement, hotel contract sourcing, airline reservations, AV/media support, food and beverage arrangements, work within allocated budgets, ensure compliance with approved budgetary limits.
+ Provide program support through virtual and in-person training programs, which includes, but is not limited to Cornerstone setup, ensuring smooth operations and necessary program follow up. Ensure all LMS requirements for training programs are fulfilled, including participant tracking, content delivery, and certificate issuance.
+ Manage all aspects of various field training incentive programs.
+ Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts (hotels, restaurants, etc.), achieving cost savings within legal compliance. Prepare and oversee Request for Proposals (RFPs) for vendor selection.
+ Tracking and updating EFD supply inventory, processing invoices, reconciling event expenses, and corporate meeting credit cards.
+ Ensure data and reporting are kept up to date, invoicing, mailbox management, responding to inquiries, and distribution of program-related information.
The Field Development Operations Coordinator position** **is well-suited for someone with:
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft products.
+ Ability to learn and utilize various software platforms.
+ Capability to multi-task, shift priorities, and execute logistical tasks for several events simultaneously.
+ Experience working in a team environment that can remain flexible, composed, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while also confidently interacting with a variety of individuals across all levels of the organization.
+ Forward thinking and problem-solving skills who can respond calmly and quickly to issues.
+ Flexibility to travel 5-6 times a year for 3-4 nights.
What you’ll need:
+ Associates Degree
+ 2+ years of experience in an administrative business environment.
+ Microsoft Office experience.
+ Previous experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5+ years in an administrative business environment

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically.
Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
