We are also seeking ENTRY-LEVEL automotive technicians and offer an outstanding teaching environment. Top pay - highest in the industry! Fully air-conditioned and heated shop! Excellent working environment! Our technicians perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance and repair work. Technicians are also responsible for installing accessories and performing new vehicle pre-delivery inspections, along with prep work. Technicians are required to maintain a current knowledge of vehicles and their service needs as described in manuals and technical bulletins, along with attending regular factory- sponsored trainings. Requirements • At least six months of prior experience as a technician, preferably in a dealership setting • Basic knowledge of vehicle electronic components, theory, systems, and testing tools and procedures • Skill in diagnosing and repairing all key vehicle systems and components • Knowledge of the proper procedures for handling hazardous materials, along with using tools and equipment safely • Basic writing skills (to record work performed and recommended future service requirements on repair orders) and the ability to read and interpret repair orders • Reliable with good attendance, work ethic, and time management skills • Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to pass a background check Additional Information We offer an excellent compensation package with competitive starting rates, health insurance, dental, vision and supplemental benefits like accident, hospital and life insurance, a 401(K) retirement plan with company matching, plus service and vehicle discounts. Hourly rate $20-22 Incentives could bring up to $75,000 or more per year.
