Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join their team. As a Sanitation Technician, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Job Title:** Sanitation Technician

**Location:** Owatonna, MN

**Pay Range:** $19 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform daily cleaning and sanitation in the production area, including floors, walls, and equipment.

+ Maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule and document all cleaning duties performed.

+ Operate power equipment such as floor scrubbers and trash compactors safely and efficiently.

+ Stock and refill sanitation supplies at hand wash stations and throughout the facility.

+ Comply with all food safety regulations and company policies during sanitation tasks.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ 6 months to 1 year of previous sanitation experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Knowledge of cleaning agents and safety procedures.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
