    Our client is seeking a highly motivated Operations Logistics Specialist to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting vaccine order operations across the U.S., ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking, and proactive troubleshooting of logistics issues. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges, maintain system accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.

     

    Job Title: Operations Logistics Specialist

     

    Job Type: 6 Months + Long term Contract

     

    Hybrid 2-3days

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Investigate and troubleshoot vaccine orders across U.S. distribution channels, ensuring timely shipment and resolution of delays.

    + Utilize SAP and IDOCS to manage and correct order discrepancies and system errors.

    + Track and monitor vaccine movement and order status, maintaining detailed documentation of all activities.

    + Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding order issues, root causes, and corrective actions.

    + Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks or risks.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance order fulfillment and logistics processes.

    + Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory and operational standards.

    + Provide regular reporting and updates on order status and vaccine distribution activity.

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

    + Strong working knowledge of SAP and IDOCS systems.

    + Experience investigating, tracking, and resolving complex order issues.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and leadership.

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    + Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and best practices is highly preferred.

    Work Environment:

    + Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite at the Pleasant Prairie location).

    + Standard Monday–Friday business hours.
