Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Packaging Project to join their team. As a Packaging Project, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational goals. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Project

**Location:** Springfield, MO

**Pay Range:** $16 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Be able to read and interpret work orders in order to ensure package parts have the correct components.

+ Perform various tasks in order to prepare parts for packaging, e.g., attach labels to cards, wrap wires on magnets, etc.

+ Box and label parts with the correct components.

+ Utilize proper procedures for receiving merchandise and completing work orders.

+ Keep work area in neat and clean condition, following all Quality Assurance policies.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ Able to meet or exceed hourly production quotas.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
