    Our client, a leader in the aggregate processing equipment industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler Crushing Equipment to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Mechanical Assembler Crushing Equipment

    **Location:** Cudahy, WI

    **Pay Range:** $20 per hour

    **Shift:** 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble and test subassemblies and electromechanical systems to ensure performance and quality standards are met.

    + Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions.

    + Utilize hand and power tools to install prefabricated parts and connect cables and components.

    + Perform in-process testing and inspections to ensure compliance with production specifications.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2 years of mechanical experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Must have Own Tools!

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing business requirements.
