Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

**Location:** San Jose, CA (100% on-site)

What's the Job?

+ Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of safety and quality, aiming for zero safety incidents on all projects.

+ Ensure compliance with corporate safety protocols and industry standards throughout all phases of construction.

+ Manage construction contracting from initial bidding efforts through contract closeout, ensuring contractor compliance with all requirements.

+ Conduct quality assurance inspections during and after the completion of work to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination and provide regular updates to clients and upper management.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related discipline.

+ 10+ years of experience as a construction manager with a focus on commercial building construction and clean room projects.

+ Proficient with MS Office Suite and project management tools.

+ OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification.

+ Strong conflict management and critical thinking skills.
