Our client is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Content Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Retail Engagement & Marketing department supporting global Team and Customer Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent soft skills, a passion for creative collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Act as a bridge between internal photography and retouching teams and cross-functional partners who have specific business or communication goals.

+ Manage alt text workflows from new product to final handoff.

+ Provide verification of live assets and update relevant stakeholders.

+ Maintain studio projects Keynote deck including regular updates as projects change.

+ Conduct product research and manage preliminary shortlists prior to weekly studio product review meetings.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 5 years experience with a focus on photography production.

+ Excellent soft skills, able to navigate corporate culture.

+ Thrives in a team environment with a collaborative spirit.

+ Creative agency or in-house brand experience preferred.

+ Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions in a dynamic setting.
