Job Title: Chatbot Developer – Kore.AI (H&PS – CL 8)
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Job Description:
+ We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer (CL 8) to join our team in the Health & Public Services (H&PS) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining conversational IVR bots using the Kore.AI XO platform and integrating them with backend systems using Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, build, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants using Kore.AI XO Platform
+ Develop IVR chatbots with custom workflows and automation tasks
+ Implement data extraction and retrieval using APIs
+ Write clean and scalable code in Java and JavaScript
+ Perform unit testing and debugging
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in CI/CD environments using GitHub and Jenkins
+ Utilize Oracle Healthcare systems and data where applicable
+ Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Must-Have Skills (5+ years each):

+ Oracle Healthcare Systems
Nice-to-Have Skills:
+ Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA)
+ Prior experience in healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory)
