**Job Title:** Customs Data & Supply Chain Analytics Manager
**Location:** Seattle, WA – Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $50 - $55/hr. on W2.
About the Role:
As the **Customs Data & Supply Chain Analytics Manager** , you will bridge the gap between global customs operations and analytics by driving actionable insights across import/export activities, supply chain flows, and customs compliance. You will leverage your customs knowledge and data expertise to support business operations, ensuring compliance and optimization of global trade processes. This is a high-impact role within the Global Customs Technology Team, working across internal and external systems to manage data integrity and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
• Customs & Supply Chain Focus:
+ Analyze and interpret customs data related to global trade compliance, import/export declarations, tariffs, and trade lanes.
+ Collaborate with Customs, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize customs clearance and border operations.
+ Ensure customs-related data (HTS codes, country of origin, INCOTERMS, etc.) is accurately captured, maintained, and reported across systems.
+ Assist in audits, trade agreement evaluations, and customs reporting using internal systems and third-party data.
• Data Preparation & Cleansing:
+ Extract and cleanse customs and supply chain data from Oracle GTM, Oracle EBS, SQL Server, Incorta, and external trade data providers.
+ Conduct exploratory analysis on cross-functional datasets involving inventory movement, import/export records, and transportation performance.
• Data Visualization & Modeling:
+ Create intuitive dashboards and reports that highlight customs KPIs, trade compliance metrics, and operational risks using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
+ Reshape and model data for customs trends, shipment flows, landed cost analysis, and tariff optimization scenarios.
• Business & Technology Integration:
+ Partner with business stakeholders to translate customs and supply chain needs into data-driven solutions.
+ Collaborate with IT and business teams on requirements gathering, documentation, user acceptance testing, and implementation of analytics tools.
+ Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders to drive understanding and action in compliance and logistics.

Qualifications:
+ **Education:** BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
+ **Experience:** 5+ years in data analytics with a strong focus on customs, trade compliance, and supply chain operations
+ Strong knowledge of global customs processes, trade data, and cross-border documentation
+ Ability to connect customs analytics with broader business and operational impact
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
