    **Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking an Associate Document Control Specialist to join their team.** As an Associate Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross-functional teams across production, packaging, and R&D. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Associate Document Control

    **Location:** Manassas, VA (On-site)

    **Pay Range:** $32.00/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Create, revise, and manage controlled documents within the Quality Management System

    + Issue and review batch records to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

    + Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and assisting on-site

    + Participate in CAPA and Change Control processes

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and compliance

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods

    + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred

    + Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and Food Quality Plans

    + Knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems
