Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Network Technician to join their team. As a Network Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Network Technician

**Location:** Spring, TX

**Pay Range:** $42.45.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Provide physical support for all aspects of network, compute, and data/voice infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across various sites.

+ Liaise with global support teams, vendors, and managed services providers to execute tasks efficiently.

+ Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

+ Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of projects, focusing on procurement, staging, installation, and asset lifecycle management.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with business contacts to facilitate problem resolution and system change management.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in physical infrastructure support, problem diagnosis, and equipment handling.

+ Proficiency in cloud-based solutions, virtualization technologies, and networking.

+ Technical expertise in storage and server hardware, telecommunication services, and TCP/IP networking.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of professional IT experience.
