Contact Center Representative (Full-Time) - Join Our Financial Service Team!
Are you a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a customer service star to join our Credit Union Contact Center team!
As our Contact Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our credit union, providing members with exceptional service through phone and electronic communications. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and help members achieve their financial goals.
What You'll Do:
+ Deliver outstanding member service with energy and professionalism
+ Handle account inquiries and resolve member concerns
+ Educate members on financial products and solutions
+ Process applications and maintain accurate records
What Makes You Perfect:
+ Customer service experience (credit union, banking, or call center experience a plus)
+ Excellent listening skills with a genuinely helpful attitude
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
