Job Summary:

Blue Ridge Regional Hospital's **outpatient clinic** , supported by Mission Children’s Hospital, is seeking a pediatrician to join an engaged and passionate group of providers.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified / board eligible in pediatrics

+ OP Clinic Based position located next to Blue Ridge Regional Hospital

+ Supported by Mission Children’s, the region’s only children’s hospital

+ Position includes 4-6 nights per month providing call coverage for newborn deliveries at Mission McDowell

+ Newborn call coverage supported by Mission Children’s TeleNICU and Infant Transport Team

+ No ER call

+ Clinic Hours M-F 8AM – 5 PM

+ Please note that this position does not offer visa support

+ Opportunity to work with MAHEC Family Medicine Residents and UNC Medical Students

+ Approximately 4000 deliveries per year

+ Approximately 4,500 pediatric surgeries, and 14,000 pediatric visits to our emergency department per year
