    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    In this role, you will be dedicated to a highly strategic account, providing critical support for price discrepancy research and resolution and working closely with the GPO member’s supply chain leadership team to drive price accuracy improvements. Decisions made and actions taken on the member’s behalf directly impact the member’s operations including financial results, price discrepancies, credit recoveries, & compliance results.

    What you will do in this role:

    + Provide support to identify, research and resolve price discrepancies.

    + Work on member’s behalf with key strategic suppliers daily to identify trends, research, resolve and implement pricing process improvements

    + Maintain established SLAs and SOWs

    + Review EDI and other pricing reports daily to identify discrepancies

    + Research and resolve discrepancies per established process, including pursuing credits from suppliers on members behalf

    + Maintain member confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

    + Create a positive support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding

    + Ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues

    + Continually expand knowledge of the member’s supply chain systems, operations and processes

    + Research and complete special projects and tasks as assigned

    + Collaborate with other teams with particularly strong collaboration with the HealthTrust item master team and the item data steward team to ensure members expectations are being met

    + Maintain proficiency with applicable HealthTrust and member systems

    What you will need for this role:

    + High school diploma, required.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 3-7 years of related experience.

    + Proficient in Excel (particularly v-look up and pivot tables)

    + Healthcare supply chain and product knowledge highly preferred!
