• Test Manager/Consultant

    Job Description

    A large fortune 250 retail client in Memphis, TN is looking for a Test Manager/Consultant. The Test Manager will be helping with a large complex WMS (warehouse management system) onsite at their headquarters in Memphis. This resource will be acting as a leader, manager and consultant. The hiring leaders needs someone to come in and help create process to train, and scale up the current employees. A major area of focus will be driving test activities from both a manual & automation standpoint, help create a way to track and drive change and drive integration work with UAT/Business and IT teams to ensure test gaps are addressed.

     

    This manager will be responsible for creating a pathway to grow and build out teams .

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ Years in Quality Engineering

     

    Previous Hands-On experience with manual AND Automation Testing

     

    Proven experience of creating a process to promote and level-up talent

    Previous experience working with a WMS null
