Job Description

A client in Mississippi is looking to bring on a Network Engineer to their team! This role is remote but must sit in one of the following states: AL, FL, LA, MI, MS, OH, OK, TX. This individual handles the initial design, setup, enhancement, management, and technical documentation of all enterprise network infrastructure with minimal oversight. Creates solutions for highly complex issues that require thorough analysis and innovative thinking, allowing for significant autonomy in decision-making. Detects and resolves difficult-to-find errors through root cause analysis, addressing problems that often lack precedent. Develops and implements processes, procedures, and automations to support business requirements, ensure compliance and security, and meet end-user needs. Manages projects and technology changes affecting multiple business units to deliver and optimize essential IT services. Investigates, recommends, develops, and integrates new technologies to support the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer

- Experience with Design in LAN/WAN

- Strong BGP/OSPF background

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience - CCNP or Microsoft Azure certification

- Experience with Cisco

- Credit Union or Banking Experience null
