    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Director of Slot Optimization for an onsite role in the Berin, Maryland. The Director of Slot Optimization is responsible for maximizing the performance and profitability of the casino's slot machine operations. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure optimal slot machine placement, game selection, and promotional strategies. We are looking for someone with proven leadership experience and the technical background to give support when needed. This person will be overseeing a team of 40-50 slot technicians and provide technical guidance. This is a full-time direct placement opportunity with one of the leading companies in the gaming industry.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years at a Director level role within gaming/slot operations OR 7+ years of experience in slot/gaming operations, with focus on slot management/optimization

     

    Experience troubleshooting/optimizing slot machines such as IGT, Konami, Light & Wonder, Aristocrat, Playtech, Golden Games AG, YGT Gaming, etc

     

    - Vendor/Supplier Management Experience (ensuring best terms/conditions, slot purchases, bank structure layouts, etc)

     

    Experience with stakeholder interaction (providing reports to corporate entities/leadership) - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field

    Experience working/dealing with union based entities null
