    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sr Scrum Master for a client in the Houston, TX area. This person will be responsible for managing and maintaining a new project that will be a replacement for a legacy acquisition system. The business has been driving to increase feasibility and accessibility to this application by expanding the customer base and adding enhancements to the application itself. The Senior Scrum Master will be working with five teams on a daily basis, with 6-8 people per team. He/she will be responsible for leading daily scrum meetings, and alleviating blockers in the Agile environment. This person will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and navigating priority requirements. New upgrades are consistently being rolled out in the application, and this individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be 5 days a week onsite and will have a pay rate of $70-$75/hour.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

     

    Experience running daily Scrum meetings in an Agile environment with 12-week sprints

     

    Experience managing ADO

     

    Experience working in an enterprise level environment with multimillion dollar projects

     

    Experience managing 4-5 teams (Developers, UI/UX, QAs, etc.) Experience in oil and gas null
