Job Description
The Principal PowerBI Developer will lead BI development efforts from design through delivery across multiple products and teams to address the operational and financial challenges of one of our largest healthcare clients. This position will be responsible for architecting, designing, configuring, developing, testing and deploying complex business intelligence and analytics solutions and practices in support of business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of related business intelligence and release planning experience
Can lead design and development efforts across multiple data intelligence products and cross functional teams
Power BI analytics, data visualization and integration
Writing and performance tuning queries in DAX and SQL
DAX, Power Query (M) and the Power BI service environment
Power BI Embedded and Azure Analysis Services. ****Azure Analysis Services experience is a hard requirement
Experience with the latest features in Microsoft Fabric including alerting, goal setting, CoPilot and other features
Knowledge of paginated reports (Power BI Report Builder)
Semantic model management via XMLA endpoints
Power Automate, Power BI APIs (to manage workspaces and contents, including scorecards)
Experience with creating and managing gateways
Knowledge of data table design, stored procedures, triggers, maintenance, optimization, indexing Experience in health care, pharmaceuticals, or managed care a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite of communication tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) null
