About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate Credit Risk Strategy Planning & Governance (SP&G) team. The SP&G team is responsible for managing all SP&G related functions within the Corporate Credit Risk organization including Corporate Risk Business Strategy, Planning and Operations; Governance; Corporate Risk Global Delivery; and General Business Administration.
This role will report directly to the head of Business Administration within Credit Strategy, Planning and Governance for Corporate Credit and will be responsible for a variety of SP&G activities, including financial planning, analysis and reporting, and playing a support role related to strategic investment and technology planning for the Corporate Credit Risk organization. It will provide reporting and executive reporting deliverables.
This role will interact with senior Corporate Credit and Risk leaders, including CROs and/or their respective SP&G leaders. It could also interact with regulators and will contribute to critical risk management programs and activities, including reporting on key initiatives and monitoring the adherence of the Risk Management Framework. It will establish priorities and drive accountability providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
This role will lead the framework design and management of the Corporate Credit Risk talent development oversight program and delegated credit authority program. We are seeking a highly motivated credit/banking professional with outstanding leadership skills, (i) to design, implement, and manage the Wholesale Credit Officer training program supporting commercial banking partner groups. This role will operate in partnership with Learning & Development, to deliver top of class credit training content, key competencies, and performance measurement tools at both the early talent and experienced professional levels and (ii) manage and enhance the credit approval delegation authority program and ongoing performance monitoring of credit officers with delegated credit authority.
In this role, you will:
+ Act as a business execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to business execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
+ Design, implement, and manage the Corporate Credit training curriculum in collaboration with the Learning and Development team, in order to align key credit officer competencies, that can be leveraged through early talent as well as experienced credit professionals.
+ Coordinate with Learning & Development and other risk and business stakeholders to develop credit officer training program across Credit Risk verticals and Independent Risk Management.
+ Manage and enhance Delegated Credit Approval Authority (DCAA) processes and measurement tools against the qualifications of roles that are granted the ability to approve Credit on behalf of Wells Fargo businesses and Independent
+ Risk Management.
+ Design and implement monitoring program to track credit officer KPI and acceptable thresholds
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Risk framework background
+ Experience within the bank industry with an emphasis in leaning and development
+ BS/BA degree or higher
+ Business, finance and/or risk management experience in financial services
+ Experience leading large-scale change or complex initiatives
+ General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups and enterprise functions, and specifically Corporate Risk and its organizational structure
+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders
+ Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders
+ Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to meet stringent deadlines, interact with all levels of an organization and manage initiatives involving process improvements
+ Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
