AWS Training and Certification Marketing (T&C) is seeking a smart, talented and experienced partner marketing manager to lead global AWS Training Partner (ATP) marketing programs and special projects for our ATP with digital capabilities business. This role will play an influential role in a rapidly growing business and transform the way we interact with ATPs at scale. It will be instrumental in establishing a scalable, structured framework to empower the marketing capabilities of our ATPs and AWS marketing resources.
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager with a deep understanding of indirect marketing strategy and a passion for enabling strategic partners. As part of the global T&C Marketing team, this role will be responsible for owning and scaling a variety of marketing initiatives and tools including global campaigns, launches, incentive programs, co-branded content, and global training partner events and sponsorships.
You should have a strong track record of success in designing impactful channel marketing programs, analysing marketing effectiveness, modifying programs based on data, and clearly articulating results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic. You will be comfortable with planning and executing on various stages and types of channel marketing programs; demonstrate effectiveness working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and have proven experience managing priorities and working across a number of internal stakeholders and local T&C Marketing teams.
Key job responsibilities
•Act as the primary global stakeholder to define the marketing strategy of the ATP with digital capabilities channel.
•Serve as main point of contact to define and develop the joint AWS/ATP value proposition to our customers. Support production of messaging which ATPs can use to target customers.
•Collaborate and design product launches through our ATPs for new and exciting content co-developed with AWS and our Partners.
•Develop and oversee the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program for ATPs with digital capabilities. Provide framework, build joint marketing plans, and track/measure overall effectiveness and ROI.
•Ensure the value of ATPs with digital capabilities is defined and promoted via relevant AWS marketing channels (website, social, etc.).
•Create a consistent framework for sponsorship / integration at AWS field marketing events for our ATPs with digital capabilities.
•Create new collateral and enablement to speak to our ATPs with digital capabilities. Work with global T&C content team to identify relevant marketing material to support ATP lead generation efforts.
•Maximise the value of APN Central as a marketing resource library for ATPs by creating and launching co-branded content for ATPs with digital capabilities to leverage.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with channel go-to-market strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience in marketing B2B and/or B2C technology products (SaaS) or services, or training and certification and organisational transformation services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
