    About this role:

    In this role, you will:

    + Developing business with external clients

    + Lead or participate in developing and maintaining relationships with home builders to increase business and market share within a region

    + Plan strategic activities, projects, and campaigns that directly support the optimization of efforts to grow revenue or profit in an assigned market with high complexity

    + Plan and execute moderately complex strategic initiatives within Mortgage Program functional area that support the growth of revenue and profit share in the assigned market, as well as build relationships with current and prospective customers

    + Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies

    + Resolve highly complex issues and lead team to meet Mortgage Program functional area business objectives

    + Select best combination of channels to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage and meeting unique needs of assigned customers or business segment

    + Collaborate and consult with Mortgage Program function, colleagues, managers, and external customers building external relationships to achieve business objectives

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Mortgage Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Mortgage originations experience

    + Proven track record and experience in direct sourcing and prospecting new relationships

    + Existing local in-market network to fuel business development

    + Experience developing new business with home builders (Business-to-Business)

    + Experience developing relationships with Unions

    + Proven track record of experience in sales

    + Strong relationship management skills

    + Strong communication skills

    Job Expectations:

    + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

    + Ability to travel within the market 50% of the time

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $73,100.00 - $129,900.00
