Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $45+ DOE, Hourly

Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with various teams to achieve corporate cost efficiency goals and business plans.

+ Develop, implement, and improve facilities cost and capital management processes that align with corporate business processes.

+ Monitor performance to plan.

+ Track and monitor budgets for multiple projects.

+ Track and monitor cash flows for multiple projects.

+ Manage the invoicing team to ensure payments are issued within the net payment terms.

+ Cost plan & review estimates from general contractor benchmarking.

+ Analyze and report on project cost performance, finding opportunities for improvement.

+ Continuously drive budgeting process improvement.

+ Identify and analyze spending to meet the budget target with data analysis skills and continuously improve to hit the stretch goal.

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in a cost management/cost control role with a general contractor.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field/experience.

+ Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings.

+ Demonstrate high-level integrity in managing sensitive data.

+ Able to develop long-term working relationships and trust across the global Facilities network.

Preferred:

+ Previous industrial construction experience.
