Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Define and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for data ingestion, transformation, federation, and governance across DXC internal systems and third-party environments.
+ Lead the integration strategy with hyperscalers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and customer-managed tools to enable seamless connectivity across ecosystems.
+ Partner with engineering and architecture to design scalable, reusable APIs and integration patterns that power the OASIS platform and its ecosystem of automation and AI-driven capabilities.
+ Prioritize integrations and data flows based on the needs of both internal operators and external customer experiences.
+ Design and evolve orchestration patterns that enable agentic workflows, automation use cases, and data-driven decisioning across the platform.
+ Ensure data structures and models are optimized for reuse across UX, analytics, and GenAI interactions.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, solution architects, UX designers, security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
+ Stay abreast of emerging trends in LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and generative AI, embedding those innovations into the data and integration roadmap.
Ideal Background:
+ 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, platform technologies, or infrastructure services, with a strong focus on data systems, orchestration, and integrations.
+ Proven ability to lead platform and scale product development, particularly in data ingestion, transformation, and cross-domain integrations.
+ Technical fluency in modern APIs, event driven architectures, and integration frameworks such as REST, gRPC, Kafka, GraphQL, and webhooks.
+ Experience designing and managing data pipelines, including hands on knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data observability.
+ Strong familiarity with LLM design patterns, orchestration layers, and AI workflow management tools.
+ Prior exposure to orchestration platforms (e.g., Apache Airflow, Temporal, Camunda) and building automated business logic and agentic workflows.
+ Deep understanding of distributed system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development in enterprise environments.
+ Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile development environments, influencing engineering and architectural decisions.
+ Experience working with or integrating ITSM, observability, and security platforms ideally within large enterprise environments or hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Strategic thinker who can align product direction with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
