Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, though some flexibility weekends is preferred.
Shift is 5am - 1030am

Work Performed:
The Culinary Associate will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Lead the culinary team as the point person during service, under the direction of the Culinary Team leadership offering guidance and instructions to maintain high standards of food production.
+ Collaborate with the Culinary management team to oversee kitchen operations, including staff supervision and the execution of special tasks.
+ Maintain the highest level of kitchen hygiene and equipment functionality through regular inspection and cleaning.
+ Manage the preparation workflow, including the coordination of line prep duties, as well as the receipt and storage of kitchen products.
+ Engage directly in daily meal production, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
+ Demonstrates expertise and proficiency in a specific culinary area, such as pastry, grill, saute, or international cuisine.
+ Innovate and introduce new dishes or premier menu items showcasing unique culinary skills and creativity.
+ Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position and needs of the department.
Qualifications:
Prior Experience Required:
At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen or similar environment.
Education Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent; further culinary training or education is highly desirable.
Licenses/ Certification Required:
Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification
