What You’ll Do

+ Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

+ Accurately document customer concerns and relay them to the service technicians.

+ Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, costs, and repair timelines.

+ Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.

+ Consistently meet or exceed service and sales performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably.

+ Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

+ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive service software and basic mechanical knowledge.

+ Problem Solver: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

+ Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
