What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and support a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals

+ Structure and close deals efficiently, profitably, and with full compliance

+ Work closely with finance and management to ensure seamless operations

+ Motivate and train team members to deliver a top-tier guest experience

+ Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for continued growth

+ Be a brand ambassador for Honda’s values of quality, trust, and customer-first service

What We’re Looking For:

+ Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Desk Manager or similar sales leadership role in the automotive industry

+ Proven track record of sales success and effective team leadership

+ Strong understanding of desking deals and F&I processes

+ Highly organized with excellent communication and coaching skills

+ Results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and the Honda brand
