Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract opportunity suited for someone with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to work independently on repetitive tasks. The role involves managing sensitive customer information and ensuring data is entered correctly into specialized systems.

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data in the Accelerator system, ensuring all fields are correctly populated.

• Transfer information from Word documents and Excel tables into the system with precision.

• Handle sensitive customer records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

• Perform quality checks to verify the correctness of entered data.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or incomplete information.

• Follow established guidelines and workflows for data entry processes.

• Manage a high volume of monotonous tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency.

• Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with intermediate-level experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.

• Experience handling sensitive data with confidentiality.

• Task-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.

• At least one year of relevant data entry experience.

• Comfortable working on-site initially, with the potential for a hybrid schedule.
