Growing plaintiff firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join adynamic plaintiff-focused practice. Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple civil litigation cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Draft compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, tailored to each case.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trials to ensure they are well-equipped.

• Develop and execute effective case strategies that align with the facts and legal framework.

• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.

• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure efficient case management and workflow.

• Stay updated on legal precedents and changes in civil litigation practices to enhance case outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar.

• A minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, ideally within a plaintiff-focused practice.

• Proven ability to manage complex cases and high caseloads effectively.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and persuasion.

• Strong analytical and research abilities to interpret and apply legal principles.

• Familiarity with legal technology and software to streamline case management.

• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
