    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing leasing processes, supporting tenant needs, and ensuring smooth operations within apartment communities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic property management environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate leasing activities, including interacting with prospective tenants and conducting property tours.

    • Assist in preparing and managing tenant lease agreements to ensure compliance with regulations.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving tenant concerns promptly.

    • Support apartment community operations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.

    • Monitor leasing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Facilitate move-in and move-out procedures to ensure a positive tenant experience.

    • Maintain knowledge of property offerings and market trends to effectively promote leasing opportunities.

    • Handle administrative tasks related to leasing and tenant management with attention to detail.

    • Assist customers in navigating leasing options and provide guidance throughout the application process.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in leasing consulting or property management.

     

    • Strong understanding of tenant leases and apartment community operations.

    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist tenants effectively.

    • Familiarity with leasing processes and prospective tenant interactions.

    • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants and colleagues.

    • Knowledge of property management tools and industry best practices.
