Description

We are partnering with an Insurance Coverage firm to find a contract-to-hire attorney to join their team. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be CA barred and have the ability to work Pacific Standard Time. This opportunity is full time, and the firm is seeking candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Must have insurance coverage experience or workers compensation defense experience.

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, pleadings, and letters with precision and clarity.

• Case management.

• Research case law for case preparation.

Details

• Remote, but must be CA barred and able to work PST.

• Full-time, 40hr work week, 8:30am - 5pm PST.

• Pay up to $75/hr DOE.

• Potential to convert to direct hire.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.

• Proven experience in workers' compensation defense or insurance coverage.

• Strong law & motion practice.

• Excellent research skills.
