Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the company’s growth by maintaining strong internal controls. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain updated general ledger accounts.

• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including financial reporting.

• Process payroll transactions and ensure proper documentation for approval.

• Develop and maintain internal controls to support accurate financial records and compliance.

• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to requests.

• Handle customer invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing and collections.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial data and reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.

• Experience with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.

• Skilled in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements.
