    Description

    Robert Half is working with a top-notch organization in the Chattanooga area seeking a skilled professional to assist in their HRIS implementation project, specifically focusing on reporting and data management within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform.

    Project Summary

    This role is critical to the organization's HRIS transition and involves creating custom reports within UKG’s Business Intelligence tool. The reports will be used to track various employee lifecycle events (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence, personal information changes) and ensure HR data accuracy and accessibility. The data from these reports will frequently be exported to Excel for further manipulation, analysis, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise with UKG and strong Excel skills to meet the organization’s reporting and data needs during the implementation process.

    Role Responsibilities

    Custom Report Creation in UKG BI:

    Build reports from scratch in UKG Business Intelligence to track:

    Employee life cycle events (hires, terminations, promotions, leaves, information updates).

     

    Any changes to UKG-tracked records.

     

    Troubleshoot report issues and ensure the accuracy of HR data.

    Excel Data Management:

    Export UKG reports into Excel for further analysis as required.

     

    Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools) to manipulate and organize data.

    Collaboration with Teams:

    Partner with HR, IT, and project implementation teams to determine reporting requirements.

     

    Deliver ad hoc reports for decision-makers and stakeholders.

    Skills Required

    UKG Expertise: Advanced knowledge of UKG Business Intelligence (BI) tools is mandatory.

     

    Excel Mastery: Proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, and advanced data formatting techniques.

     

    HRIS Implementation Experience: Familiarity with the implementation process of major HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.

     

    Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to extract insights from complex data sets with extreme attention to detail.

     

    Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with HR staff and other teams to customize report solutions.

     

    Requirements • Extensive experience with UKG Pro, particularly its Business Intelligence tools.

     

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

    • Familiarity with HRIS implementation processes, preferably within UKG Pro.

    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
