    Description

    Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, supporting operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. This onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for recent Accounting & Finance graduates with anywhere from 0–2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the drive to build a solid foundation in accounting and office operations.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

    + Deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with clients and vendors.

    + Complete reconciliations and maintain precise financial records.

    + Assist the team with various administrative and financial responsibilities.

    + Document and follow up on tasks with careful attention to detail and minimal supervision.

    Requirements

    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

    • Positive and cooperative attitude with a focus on teamwork.

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

    • 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, customer service, or office support.

    • Familiarity with accounting or administrative software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.

    • Degree in accounting or finance preferred but not mandatory.
